Why work with me
I work with socially conscious organizations and individuals that want to “step into their leadership” in order to move their mission forward. I have designed and led over 20 annual education conferences and trainings for groups as large as 1000 and as small as 150. A leadership curriculum for new leaders which has been used as the basis for annual 3 1/2 day in-person training for the past six years. To date, over 900 individuals have participated in trainings that I have designed.

Putting the client first
Design and lead numerous workshops and day long seminars for professionals that focus on areas of leadership. For every workshop that I do I always ask the question: When my audience walks out the door, what do I need for them to be able to do? I separate the “nice to know ” from the ” essentials”.
Promoting Deeper Impact
I think of myself as the architect. I can take a vision and break it down into major steps. As it pertains to leaders, I develop leadership principles and skills based upon the specific mission of my clients or participants.
Facilitating Positive Conversations
As an experienced facilitation, I understand how groups work and integrate that understanding into the work that I do in my Consulting and Workshops. I have design facilitation strategies for large and small group discussions to do brainstorming and action planning.
Providing questions and strategies to move you forward
Provide both professional development and skills based coaching. Work with individuals to assess and strategize moving into a new leadership position.
Professional Achievements
I have a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Wright State University. My professional career has been working in and with non-profits to step into their leadership. When you work with me, you are working with a professional who understands what drives this sector and is committed to lending her professional skills to helping your organization move forward.
